• Handling negotiations, including financial costs and contracts

We have the privilege of scouting locations across the tristate area including: New York, New Jersey, Upstate NY, and Connecticut.

A Location Manager serves as the key liaison between production and the location, handling all logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot. Their responsibilities include:

• On-Set Troubleshooting – Resolving unexpected location-related issues.

• Setup & Breakdown Management – Ensuring the location is restored to its original condition, including hiring floor protection services when required.

• Cross-Department Coordination – Working closely with various production departments to ensure seamless operations.
